Return Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return, for any reason and for a full refund any book, broadside, or CD in their original, resaleable condition (or that we recommended and you didn't enjoy).

Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
If you are returning a gift, you will receive a credit for the value of your return, which may be used any time towards other purchases at Copper Canyon Press. Notification of credit will be mailed to you at the address to which the order was shipped. No record of the returned merchandise will be sent to the purchaser.

Packing and Sending Your Return
Please include the packing slip with the items you are returning, wrap the package securely, and ship the package to:
