DESCRIPTION:From the organizers: \n𝙌𝙐𝙀𝙀𝙍 𝙁𝙐𝙏𝙐𝙍𝙀𝙎: 𝘼 𝘽𝙀𝙉𝙀𝙁𝙄𝙏 𝙍𝙀𝘼𝘿𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙁𝙊𝙍 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙈𝘼𝙅𝙀𝙎𝙏𝙄𝘾 \nfeaturing the generously donated time and words of Ocean Vuong\, Alexander Chee\, Andrea Lawlor\, CAConrad\, Cameron Awkward-Rich\, Franny Choi\, Shira Erlichman  \n𝙒𝙃𝙀𝙉 & 𝙒𝙃𝙀𝙍𝙀 \nMonday\, August 7th at 7pm EST\nTHE INTERNET \n𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙈𝘼𝙅𝙀𝙎𝙏𝙄𝘾 \nThe Majestic is the only queer bar in Western Massachusetts. We were open for six months before the COVID-19 outbreak closed our doors and now we are facing the real possibility of that closure becoming permanent. It is our conviction that queer & trans bars and spaces are sexy\, important\, beautiful\, and necessary\, and in this rapidly evolving world we want to see spaces like ours continue to exist. Majestic was created by and for queer community and we are leaning of the resiliency of this community as we move forward. This benefit will help cover operating costs of the bar as we look for both immediate and long term paths into the future. We thank you for your support. \n𝙉𝙊𝙏𝙀𝙎 \nWhile this is a benefit for The Majestic\, it is also a gathering of community around queer art and a belief in queer futures. As such\, it is not our wish to turn anyone away if cost is prohibitive.
