Scott Hightower is the author of four books of poetry in the US and two bilingual (English/Spanish) collections published in Madrid. Hightower is also the editor of the bilingual anthology Women Rowing: Mujeres a los remos (Mantis Editores). His translations of Spanish poetry garnered a Willis Barnstone Translation Prize and his Part of the Bargain received Copper Canyon Press’s Hayden Carruth Award. He lives in Manhattan, sojourns in Spain, and currently teaches at New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study.
