Roger Greenwald

Roger Greenwald grew up in New York, where he attended The City College and the St. Mark’s in –the-Bowery Poetry Project Workshop. He was a co-translator with Robert Bly and Robert Hedin for The Roads Have Come to an End Now: Selected and Last Poems of Rolf Jacobsen. He has published one book of poetry, Connecting Flight, and several books of poetry in translation, including The Silence Afterwards: Selected Poems of Rolf Jacobsen and Through Naked Branches: Selected Poems of Tarjei Vesaas. He has also translated the work of Paal-Helge Haugen, Jacques Werup, and Erland Josephson.
